About the Role

As a key member of the Royal Devon University Healthcare NHS Foundation Trust, you will be responsible for ensuring excellence within the team through quality clinical leadership, initiating and partaking in service development, education programs and delivery, supervision and mentorship. Integral to the role is the co-ordination and management of Occupational and Physiotherapy student placements and the supporting of further education.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide high-quality clinical leadership and supervision to the therapy team
  • Develop and implement service development initiatives to improve patient care
  • Coordinate and manage student placements and further education
  • Contribute to the development of education programs and delivery
  • Support the team in achieving clinical effectiveness, patient safety, and patient experience
