About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Compliance Manager to join our team, responsible for ensuring our business maintains appropriate systems and controls to meet FCA regulations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage a small team monitoring regulated activity, with a focus on Consumer Duty.
  • Ensure compliance with FCA rules and guidance, including CONC, ICOBS, and Vulnerable Customer.
  • Develop and implement effective compliance strategies, identifying and mitigating risks.
  • Provide coaching and training to the wider team on compliance and regulatory matters.
  • Collaborate with key stakeholders to ensure effective communication and issue resolution.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in a similar FCA regulated compliance role, ideally in automotive finance or retail financial services.
  • Knowledge of the Consumer Credit and/or General Insurance Sector, with a focus on intermediaries.
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a hybrid work environment, with a structured rota.
  • Confident in presenting complex information in a clear and concise manner.
