F&I Compliance Manager Job Description

We are seeking an experienced F&I Compliance Manager to join our team, responsible for ensuring our business maintains appropriate systems and controls to meet regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage a small team to monitor regulated activity, ensuring compliance with FCA regulations.
  • Develop and implement effective compliance strategies to mitigate risks.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Provide training and coaching to the team on compliance matters.
  • Stay up-to-date with regulatory changes and updates.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in a similar FCA regulated compliance role.
  • Knowledge of the Consumer Credit and/or General Insurance Sector.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
