Aerospace Manufacturing Technical Specialist

About the JobIn this challenging and rewarding role, you will be responsible for:
- Assessing new and existing supplier capabilities to ensure they meet performance, quality, cost, and delivery requirements.
- Developing positive relationships with Procurement to implement and track supplier/engineering changes.
- Providing technical expertise and leadership to sourcing and development of suppliers.
You will work closely with cross-functional teams to achieve our goals and deliver exceptional results. As a key member of our team, you will contribute to the success of our company and drive innovation in the industry.
Your Skills and QualificationsTo succeed in this role, you will need:
- Substantial experience in precision manufacturing, preferably in aerospace or automotive.
- A relevant degree in a field such as engineering or manufacturing.
- Technical experience of complex manufacturing, preferably in Aerospace or a related field.
- Understanding manufacturing processes - specifically Precision (CNC) Machining.
- Knowledge of quality and business systems.
We offer a competitive salary of £50,000 - £70,000 per annum, depending on experience. You will also receive:
- 25 days holiday a year (plus bank holidays).
- Hybrid working – on site 3 days per week from home 2 days (role dependant).
- Costa coffee on site.
- Generous 7% pension contributions (after 3 months).

- Annual bonus of up to 3%.
