We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Consultant Psychiatrist to join our team at Priory Beverley House, a 24-bedded rehabilitation hospital for women. As a Consultant Psychiatrist, you will be responsible for providing high-quality clinical care to patients with complex mental health needs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide clinical leadership and guidance to the multidisciplinary team
  • Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop treatment plans for patients
  • Supervise and support junior staff members
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care delivery
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to the development of clinical policies and procedures
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to have:

  • Experience working in inpatient settings with people with various mental health difficulties
  • Experience of working with service users with a forensic history
  • Registration with the GMC, including being on the special register for Psychiatry
  • Ability to conduct training and provide educational support to junior staff members
