The Role
We are seeking an experienced Executive Director who can support our ambitious vision within the context of significant change, transformation, and opportunity. The successful candidate will bring strong relationship management and influencing skills, experience of making autonomous decisions, and a passion for delivering quality and excellence.
Responsibilities
- Support the development and implementation of our strategic plan
- Build and maintain effective relationships with stakeholders
- Lead on transformation and change initiatives
Requirements
The ideal candidate will have:
- A proven track record of success in a similar role
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- A deep understanding of the healthcare sector
Working Arrangements
This is a full-time position based in South West Yorkshire. The salary range for this role is £120,000 - £150,000 per annum, depending on experience.
