Domiciliary Support Professional

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Clinical Home Support Worker to join our team at CV-Library. As a key member of our support workforce, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care to our clients.
In this rewarding role, you will have the opportunity to develop your skills and experience in a fast-paced environment, with a focus on delivering excellent customer service and building strong relationships with our service users.
The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively as part of a team and build strong relationships with colleagues, service users, and their families.
You will also need to be self-motivated and able to work independently, with a flexible approach to working hours and the ability to adapt to changing situations.
We offer a competitive salary of £16.50 per hour, plus a range of benefits, including a guaranteed 32-hour retainer, enrolment in a pension scheme, birthday off, uniforms provided, and two protected days off per week.
The successful candidate will also receive comprehensive training delivered by registered nurses, fully funded qualifications, and extensive training in domiciliary and complex care.

Key Responsibilities:
- Providing high-quality care to service users in their own homes.
- Building strong relationships with service users, their families, and colleagues.
- Working effectively as part of a team to deliver excellent customer service.
- Developing your skills and experience in a fast-paced environment.
Requirements:
- 3 years' experience in care.
- Full clean driving licence and access to your own vehicle.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivation and ability to work independently.
Salary: £16.50 per hour
Expected hours: No less than 32 per week
