About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and ambitious Sales Executive to join our team at D. M. Keith Limited. As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for generating customer appointments and prospecting to maximize car sales in a challenging, target-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Listen to customer needs and adapt your skills and knowledge to suit the customer individually.
  • Work to targets and deadlines to maximize every opportunity, converting enquiries into sales.
  • Generate customer appointments and prospect in order to maximize car sales.
  • Provide world-class customer care and selling more cars.
What We Offer
  • A basic salary of up to £23,000 depending on performance with a realistic OTE of over £43,000.
  • Working hours that are 5 days per week, an average of 41.5 hours per week with every other weekend off.
  • World-class training provided from our own trainer and our brand partners.
  • Uncapped commission with higher bandings for high performance.
  • Every site has someone to do your handovers.
  • Company vehicle available when you first join.
  • Opportunity to increase basic salary every quarter.
  • 30 days annual leave inclusive of 8 bank holidays, with average commission paid during your annual leave.
  • Preferential rates for servicing and repairs on your family and friend's cars.
