Job Summary:

As a Data Engineering Lead at N Consulting Ltd, you will be responsible for leading our data engineering team in designing, building, and maintaining large-scale data pipelines and cloud data warehousing solutions. We are looking for a seasoned professional with expertise in AWS services, cloud data warehousing, and data engineering principles.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and implement scalable data pipelines using AWS services such as S3, Glue, EMR, Athena, and Lake Formation.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business requirements and develop data engineering solutions that meet those needs.

• Lead the development and maintenance of cloud data warehousing solutions using Snowflake and Redshift.

• Develop and maintain data pipelines using technologies like Python, Scala, Spark, PySpark, and Ab Initio.

• Ensure data quality, security, and compliance with regulatory requirements.

• Mentor and lead a team of data engineers to achieve business objectives.

Requirements:

• 8+ years of experience in data engineering, with a focus on cloud data warehousing and AWS services.

• Strong understanding of data modeling principles and best practices.

• Experience with data pipeline orchestration tools like Apache Airflow and Cron.

• Familiarity with DBT (Data Build Tool) for managing transformations in the data pipeline.

• Agile practitioner with strong stakeholder management skills.
