In this role as a Careers Navigator, you will be working within a hybrid model as part of a flexible, multi-disciplinary team in the Yorkshire and Humber Dependency and Recovery Service.

You will be responsible for delivering rehabilitative services directly for HMPPS, focusing on Accommodation, Dependency and Recovery, and Personal Wellbeing. This includes supporting individuals in achieving positive changes and building productive lives with a job, family, friends, and a sense of community.

Key aspects of your work will include:

  • Working day-to-day from various locations across Hull, including probation delivery units, as part of our in-person service model.
  • Maintaining open communication channels with colleagues and stakeholders to ensure effective collaboration and coordination.
  • Providing guidance and support to individuals in need, helping them overcome challenges and achieve their goals.

Salary: £24,000 - £28,647 per annum.
