Project Delivery Surveyor

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Project Delivery Surveyor to join our Property Service department, within the Asset Team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the effective delivery of major investment contracts from inception to completion, contributing to the successful delivery of the Investment Programme.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure the effective delivery of major investment contracts from inception to completion.
  • Contribute to the successful delivery of the Investment Programme.
  • Work closely with the Asset Team to identify and prioritize investment opportunities.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, including customers, contractors, and other internal teams.
  • Monitor and report on project progress, identifying and mitigating any risks or issues that may impact delivery.

What You'll Need:

  • Proven experience in project delivery, preferably in a property or construction-related field.
  • Strong understanding of investment programmes and asset management principles.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a flexible approach to working hours.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and mitigate risks.
