Facilities and Estates Coordinator

About the Role:
Stride is seeking a highly skilled Facilities and Estates Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our Commercial Estate Team, you will be responsible for ensuring the safety and effectiveness of our virtual and physical commercial spaces.
Key Responsibilities:
• Assist the Estate Managers in the day-to-day legislative works and management of contractors
• Provide first-line response via the Service Desk and support the Estate Managers in the delivery of the service
• Ensure emergency planning, health, safety, and environmental compliance across all workspaces
• Collaborate with fellow Coordinators to manage soft service contracts, including cleaning, stationery, catering, furniture, access control, visitor, desk, and utilisation booking systems
• Take responsibility for the spaces under your control and ensure our customers, beneficiaries, colleagues, and contractors are supported and enabled to get the best out of their day
Requirements:
• Experience of working in Estate and/or Facilities Management
• Strong technical knowledge and skills
• Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
