About this role:

We are seeking a dedicated Senior Care Specialist to join our team at Anchor. As a Senior Care Specialist, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality care to our residents, working closely with our care team to ensure the best possible outcomes.

Key responsibilities:

  • Deliver exceptional care to residents, ensuring their physical, emotional, and social needs are met.
  • Collaborate with the care team to develop and implement care plans that meet the individual needs of each resident.
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of care plans, making adjustments as necessary.
  • Provide leadership and guidance to care staff, promoting a culture of excellence and respect.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in care delivery, preferably in a similar role or setting.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with residents, families, and colleagues.
  • Knowledge of care standards and legislation, with the ability to apply this knowledge in practice.
  • Ability to work flexibly, including evenings and weekends, as required.
