Job Summary:

We are seeking a dedicated and creative individual to join our team as a Creative Arts Program Coordinator. As part of this role, you will be responsible for leading community-based art projects and activities that bring people together.

About the Role:
  • This is a fantastic opportunity to work with a dynamic community group in Great Yarmouth and Gorleston.
  • You will be responsible for setting up events, signing in group members, and supporting one-off events.
  • Your creativity will shine by illustrating how to do an activity at craft workshops or explaining a new board game.
  • You will have the opportunity to make tea and coffee, wash up, and clear up after events.
Responsibilities:
  • Lead community-based art projects and activities
  • Set up events and sign in group members
  • Support one-off events and provide assistance as needed
  • Maintain a clean and safe environment before, during, and after events
Requirements:
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Possession of basic crafting skills (e.g., knitting, crocheting)
  • Ability to commit to regular attendance at events
