This Business Administrator position plays a critical role in supporting our Finance and Administration teams at Nuffield Health Oxford, The Manor Hospital. As a key member of the team, you will contribute to the efficient functioning of our services, interacting with various stakeholders and ensuring seamless data management.

Your Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in financial account management for patients.
  • Promote excellent customer service at all times.
  • Collaborate with the clinical coding department to upload data into the central portal.
  • Review and update information from external stakeholders, maintaining compliance standards.
  • Resolve Data Quality issues promptly and efficiently.
Essential Requirements

To excel as a Business Administrator, you must possess:

  • Previous experience in a similar administrative role, preferably in a healthcare setting.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Able to multitask and work under pressure.
  • Proficient in MS Office applications, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
