Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Sales Associate to join our team at the Salomon Cheshire Oaks Outlet. As a Sales Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, mastering Salomon products, and driving sales.

Key Responsibilities

  • Master all Salomon products and understand customer needs to provide personalized service.
  • Accompany and advise customers to provide a high-level shopping experience and propose complementary products.
  • Be proficient in sales techniques and digital tools to provide outstanding customer service.
  • Maintain standard operating procedures, health and safety guidelines, visual merchandising, and community marketing principles.
  • Be a brand ambassador and leverage the brand service culture.

Requirements

  • Exceptional customer service skills and sales techniques.
  • Ability to quickly find solutions for customer objections and interact with customers.
  • Assist in protecting company assets and procedures through promoting loss prevention.
  • Ensure the stockroom is clean and well-organized.
  • Confident cash handling skills.
