Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Sales Associate to join our team at the Salomon Cheshire Oaks Outlet in Ellesmere Port, UK.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide exceptional customer service and product knowledge to drive sales and customer satisfaction.
  • Assist customers in finding the right products and provide personalized recommendations.
  • Master all Salomon products and understand customer needs to provide a high-level shopping experience.
  • Accompany and advise customers to propose complementary products and increase sales.
  • Be proficient in sales techniques and digital tools to provide outstanding customer service.
  • Maintain a clean and organized stockroom and ensure that company assets are protected.
  • Participate in staff training and store events as required.
Requirements:
  • Previous experience in customer service and retail is preferred.
  • Passion and knowledge of Salomon's core sports.
  • Team player with a strong willingness to learn and adapt.
  • Digital savvy and able to manage and learn new systems.
  • Flexibility to work a schedule that includes evenings, weekends, and holidays.
