We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced HR Business Partner to join our team at LHH. As a key member of our HR team, you will be responsible for providing expert advice and support to our clients on a wide range of HR-related matters.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide guidance and support to clients on HR policies, procedures, and employment law.
- Develop and implement effective HR strategies to support business objectives.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless delivery of HR services.
- Prepare and review HR-related documentation, including contracts, policies, and procedures.
- Communicate complex HR information to clients and stakeholders in a clear and concise manner.
Requirements
- Proven experience in an HR role, with a strong understanding of employment law and HR best practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and make sound judgments.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with multiple priorities and deadlines.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, with experience of using HR systems and software.
