As a Construction Estate Manager, you will be responsible for providing estate support to trusts and schools, ensuring compliance with building codes, health and safety regulations, and educational facility guidelines.

About the Role:
  • Prioritize projects across East Anglia, Bedford, and Hertfordshire, utilizing your expertise in estate strategy advice and project delivery services.
  • Collaborate with contractors, suppliers, and other parties to achieve optimal outcomes for projects.
  • Prepare detailed reports on the current state of buildings, recommending necessary remedial work.

The ideal candidate will have a BSc degree in Building Surveying or a related discipline, along with 4-5 years of post-graduate experience as a Building Surveyor. Proficiency in industry-standard software and tools is essential, as well as a driving license and access to a car.
