About the Role

Côte is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Head Chef to lead our kitchen team and drive the success of our restaurant in Cambridge.

As a Head Chef at Côte, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of food quality, presentation, and service. You will work closely with our General Manager to achieve business objectives and develop your team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage a team of chefs to deliver exceptional food quality and presentation
  • Develop and implement new menu ideas and recipes to drive business growth
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and maintain a clean and hygienic kitchen environment
  • Work closely with the General Manager to achieve business objectives and develop the team
  • Manage kitchen inventory, ordering and stock control
  • Ensure the smooth operation of the kitchen during service, including managing staff, controlling costs, and maintaining high standards of quality
  • Contribute to the development of the company's culinary strategy and implement new ideas and initiatives
