Professional Cleaning Operative

We are currently seeking a skilled Cleaning Operative to join our team at Nexgen Group, a leading provider of cleaning and grounds maintenance services. As a valued member of our team, you will be responsible for maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and hygiene across a portfolio of sites in Hounslow.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, and be IT literate with the use of tablet and smartphone apps. Previous experience in a cleaning environment is essential, and a full manual UK driving license is required.

Responsibilities:

  • Dust, damp wipe, or wash walls, skirting boards, handrails, ledges, window sills, radiators, lifts, doors, and frames.
  • Sweep floors with brushes or dust control mops.
  • Mop floors with wet or damp mops.
  • Hover carpeted areas.
  • Empty waste bins or similar receptacles and transport waste material to designated collection points.
  • Mix cleaning supplies in the correct quantities for safe use.
  • Replenish consumable items, such as soap, toilet rolls, and paper towels.
  • Clean kitchens, toilets, urinals, hand basins, and sinks.
