Key Responsibilities:
  • Answer incoming telephone calls and respond to customer inquiries in a professional and courteous manner.

  • Work closely with the workshop and parts department to ensure that all vehicles are repaired and maintained to the highest standards.

  • Manage and maintain accurate records of customer bookings and vehicle maintenance.
  • Collaborate with the team to ensure that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
Requirements:
  • Experience in a vehicle dealership or fleet/transport industry.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Basic knowledge of Word, Excel, and Outlook applications.
  • Team-oriented and flexible approach to changing circumstances and priorities.
