About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Field Service Engineer to join our team at Virgin Media O2. As a Field Service Engineer, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and technical expertise to our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Installation and Maintenance: You will be responsible for installing and maintaining our broadband and mobile services, ensuring that our customers receive the best possible experience.
  • Technical Expertise: You will need to have a strong understanding of technical issues and be able to diagnose and resolve problems efficiently.
  • Customer Service: You will be the face of our company, providing excellent customer service and building strong relationships with our customers.
  • Collaboration: You will work closely with our technical team to ensure that our services are delivered to the highest standard.
Requirements
  • Manual Driving Licence: You will need to hold a valid UK manual driving licence.
  • Physical Demands: You will need to be comfortable working at heights and outdoors, and be able to lift and carry equipment as required.
  • Problem-Solving: You will need to be a skilled problem-solver, able to think critically and come up with creative solutions.
  • Customer Focus: You will need to be a customer-focused individual, able to build strong relationships with our customers and provide excellent service.
