Job Description

As an Accounts Administrator, you will be responsible for maintaining the accuracy and integrity of our financial records. This will include tasks such as:

  • Maintaining accurate financial records by supporting with the maintenance of the sales/purchase ledger
  • Completing online customer purchasing portals
  • Performing weekly sales ledger balancing
  • Opening new customer accounts in line with company policy
  • Ensuring customer accounts and invoices have the necessary detail and supporting documents

We are looking for someone with a good understanding of accounting principles and experience working with accounting software such as Sage. The ideal candidate will also have excellent communication and organizational skills, and be able to work well under pressure.

In return for your hard work and dedication, we offer a competitive salary of £26,000 - £31,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus a range of benefits including company events, discounted or free food, and a health & wellbeing programme.
