Job Title: Digital Product Analyst

At Frasers Group, we're redefining the retail landscape through innovative digital solutions and unique store experiences. As a Digital Product Analyst, you'll play a crucial role in elevating our customers' experiences across our global brands, including Sports Direct, FLANNELS, USC, Frasers, and GAME.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with the digital product team to assess and optimize our digital products across Frasers Group's fascias.
  • Develop and maintain a suite of dashboards to provide actionable insights and analytics to the digital product function.
  • Perform in-depth analysis to identify opportunities for improvement and optimize our websites.
  • Work closely with the experimentation function to analyze A/B test results and inform data-driven decisions.
Requirements:
  • Experience in product analytics, preferably in an ecommerce or retail business.
  • Proficiency in SQL and R/Python programming languages.
  • Familiarity with GA4, Big Query, and Optimizely (or alternative A/B testing tools).
  • Strong visualization skills, with experience in tools like PowerBI, Looker, or Tableau.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to adapt to different audiences.
