Digital Product Analyst

The role of the Digital Product Analyst is to support the assessment of the digital product across Frasers Group's fascias. This involves working closely with the digital product team and wider digital functions to bring insight and analytics into the digital product function.

The key responsibilities of this role include:

  • Supporting the creation of a suite of dashboards to bring insight and analytics into the digital product function.
  • Performing deep dive ad hoc analysis to identify opportunities for optimisation of our websites.
  • Collaborating with the experimentation function to support further analysis of A/B test results.
  • Developing and maintaining strong relationships with the product function, supporting the senior analyst/manager to develop ways of working across product, UX, user testing, and analytics to deliver a best-in-class product development cycle.

Qualifications for this role include:

  • Experience working in a product analytics position, ideally within an ecommerce/retail business.
  • Proficiency with SQL and R/Python.
  • Experience utilising GA4/Big Query to extract user journey insight and Optimizely (or alternative A/B testing tool).
  • Strong visualisation skills, including PowerBI, Looker, and Tableau.
  • Expert communication skills, with the ability to flex presentation style based on the audience.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to join our digital analytics function and contribute to the success of Frasers Group. As a Digital Product Analyst, you will work closely with the digital product team and wider digital functions to support the assessment of the digital product across Frasers Group's fascias.
