About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Nursing Associate to join our CYP Eating Disorders Team. As a key member of our team, you will provide holistic and person-centred care and support to individuals of all ages and in various settings.

Key Responsibilities
  • Work independently under the leadership of registered nurses, providing care and support to individuals in a variety of settings.
  • Develop and maintain a breadth of knowledge across the lifespan and across the fields of nursing, providing holistic and person-centred care.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver high-quality patient care and support.
  • Participate in reflective practice and clinical supervision activities to ensure continuous professional development.
Requirements
  • Registered Nursing Associate on the NMC register.
  • Educated to a minimum level 5 Foundation degree level specific to nursing associate practice.
  • GCSEs Grade A-C in Maths and English or equivalent.
  • QCF in Care/Health and Social Care Level 2/3 or equivalent experience.
  • Care certificate.

We offer a competitive salary of £26,530 to £29,114 per annum, pro rata, plus 5% of basic salary. As a permanent full-time employee, you will have access to a range of benefits, including a pension scheme, annual leave, and opportunities for professional development.
