Quality Assurance Engineer

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute automated tests to ensure the quality of new features and products
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize testing needs
  • Analyze and report on test results, identifying areas for improvement
  • Develop and maintain test automation frameworks and tools
  • Work with developers to resolve defects and improve code quality
Requirements:
  • Commercial experience in testing systems that incorporate micro-service architectures and web applications
  • Strong understanding of Java, automation frameworks (JUnit or Cucumber), and BDD/TDD tools and techniques
  • Experience with data creation and curation, API and web services (REST), XML/JSON, SQL, and working with source code repositories
  • DevOps practices and principles, AWS/Azure cloud services, and working with large databases
  • ISTQB Foundation Certification (minimum)
