  • Ensure accuracy in all written content, including technical details and financial information.
  • Identify potential issues and propose effective solutions within the bid.

  • Keep track of all bid documents, requirements, and deadlines.
  • Work with various departments and stakeholders to gather necessary information and approvals.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and preferences.
  • Help manage social media and support with creating posts to promote the business.
  • Deal with compliance for health and safety accreditations.
  • Develop creative and innovative approaches to meet client needs.
Requirements
  • Recent graduate with a blend of marketing and writing skills.
  • Keen to learn and develop within a business.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to work well as part of a team and also independently.
  • High attention to detail and strong organisational and prioritising skills.
  • Ability to work well from initiative and make decisions and consult as appropriate.
  • Excellent software skills, including Microsoft Office, especially PowerPoint, Word, and Excel.
What We Offer
  • Salary up to GBP28k, dependent upon experience.
  • Hours of work are Monday to Friday, 8am to 5pm, with a 3.30pm finish on a Friday.
  • Flexitime can be available.
  • Some hybrid working can be considered.
