We're looking for a talented Care Assistant to join our team. As a Care Assistant, you'll support our clients to maintain their independence and live safe and supported lives in their own homes. You'll work closely with our team to deliver personalized care plans that meet the unique needs of each client. Your tasks will include assisting with personal care, administering medication, and helping with practical tasks such as shopping and housework.
What We Offer
As a member of our team, you'll receive a competitive salary of £12.00-£12.20 per hour, depending on the shift, plus 30p mileage. We also offer a range of benefits, including enhanced occupational maternity and adoption pay, enhanced occupational paternity pay entitlement, paid training and shadowing, uniform and PPE provided, death in service payment, pension scheme, benefits and wellbeing platform, 28 days annual leave (pro rata), refer a friend scheme, cycle to work scheme, and eligibility for Blue Light Card with access to discounts nationwide.
