Corporate Insolvency Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Corporate Insolvency Specialist to join our team at First 2 Recruit. As an Insolvency Administrator or Senior Insolvency Administrator, you will be responsible for managing corporate insolvency cases, including liquidations, administrations, CVLs, and MVLs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Case Management: Proven experience in managing a portfolio of insolvency cases, ensuring all statutory and compliance obligations are met.
  • Communication Skills: Ability to liaise with stakeholders, including creditors, directors, and solicitors, providing regular updates and resolving queries effectively.
  • Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with insolvency software and Microsoft Office, particularly Excel for financial analysis and reporting.

Requirements:

  • Corporate Insolvency Administration: Proven experience in managing corporate insolvency cases.
  • Understanding of UK Insolvency Law: Knowledge of UK insolvency legislation and regulations.
  • Attention to Detail: Strong organisational skills with the ability to prepare accurate reports, financial documentation, and statutory paperwork.
