Job Title: Senior Client Support Analyst

DTCC is seeking a highly skilled Senior Client Support Analyst to join our Client Contact Center team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional client support and resolving complex issues in a timely and professional manner.

About the Role:

This is a client-facing role that requires strong communication and interpersonal skills. You will be working closely with internal teams, including Product, Technology, and Project Management, to resolve client queries and provide first-class support.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Handle incoming client calls, emails, and web portal queries, providing timely and effective resolutions.
  • Analyze and track client issues, communicating updates and resolutions in a timely manner.
  • Prioritize and escalate critical service disruption issues, maintaining accurate case management information.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to provide proactive support and resolve client queries.
  • Coordinate and distribute client notifications, ensuring timely communication of system downtimes and service disruptions.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum 2 years of related experience in a client-facing role.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and listening skills.
  • Strong problem-solving and customer service skills.
  • Ability to create accurate documentation and make informed decisions in a high-volume environment.
What We Offer:

DTCC offers a competitive salary range of £24,000-£26,000 per annum, plus a bonus. We also provide comprehensive health and life insurance, pension/retirement benefits, and paid time off. Our flexible/hybrid model allows for 3 days onsite and 2 days remote work.
