The successful candidate will lead the growth and development of the dilapidations service line, overseeing a diverse portfolio of high-profile projects across various sectors, including commercial, industrial, office, student accommodation, and build to rent.

As the Head of Building Surveying, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of the business, providing strategic leadership and direction to the team and service offering.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Lead the development of the dilapidations service line, driving growth and expansion.
  2. Oversee a diverse portfolio of high-profile projects, ensuring timely delivery and exceptional quality.
  3. Provide strategic leadership and direction to the team, fostering a culture of excellence and innovation.
  4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business growth and development.

Requirements

  • MRICS qualification preferred.
  • Dilapidations experience and strong technical and commercial ability.
  • Previous team management and business development experience ideal.
