About the Role:

The Client Growth Manager will be responsible for managing a portfolio of existing clients, ensuring their needs are met and driving revenue growth through excellent service.

  • Manage a portfolio of clients to ensure their needs are met and drive revenue growth.
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities with potential clients.
  • Prepare and deliver tailored presentations and proposals to clients.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful delivery of products and services.
  • Track and report on client satisfaction and account performance.
  • Negotiate contracts and renewals with clients to maximize revenue.

Requirements:

The ideal candidate will have previous experience as an Account Executive or similar role, strong communication and negotiation skills, ability to manage multiple accounts and meet deadlines, self-motivation with a results-driven approach, and proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office.
