Job Title: Automotive Refinish Technician
Location: Various
Salary: Up to 32000 (depending on experience) Up to 5000 annual bonus
Our client, a leading car dealership, is seeking an experienced Automotive Refinish Technician to join their team in the body shop department. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring all vehicle repairs are completed to the highest standard of quality, on time and to the satisfaction of our customers. Key responsibilities include preparation, local paintwork, light filling repairs, windscreen repairs and cosmetic refurbishing of road wheels on all makes of vehicles.

RequirementsOur client is looking for someone who is fully skilled and has previous experience as an Automotive Refinish Technician within a Bodyshop / Car Dealership environment.

Requirements: Proof of Right to Work in the UK. Relevant manufacturer experience. Smart appearance. Competency in numeracy, literacy and IT. Understanding of basic vehicle design, function and location of parts. Relevant product knowledge. Supports others to continuously improve performance. Seeks feedback on own performance, takes responsibility for own development. Understands the drivers of business performance and uses them to optimise commercial opportunities. Plans and manages processes, resources workflows efficiently. Demonstrates openness to change and improvement. Proactively looks for more effective ways of doing things.
