We are seeking a highly organized and administrative skilled Recruitment Administrator to support our Recruitment Coordinators with various tasks throughout the recruitment lifecycle. This role is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a dynamic environment, managing multiple priorities, and collaborating with teams.
">About the Role
This Recruitment Administrator will be responsible for supporting the recruitment process from posting job vacancies on multiple job boards via our Applicant Tracking System (ATS) to arranging interviews and preparing referencing packs. You will work closely with the Shared Services and Recruitment Manager, assisting with key tasks such as hiring events and inductions.
">Key Responsibilities:
- Post job vacancies on various job boards via our internal ATS
- Collate management information (MI) on a weekly and monthly basis and report on findings
- Support first-line screening of CVs and provide feedback to Recruitment Coordinators
- Arrange interviews by preparing interview schedules and inviting candidates
- Complete initial phone screening calls where required
- Prepare recruitment packs for submission to the Compliance and Referencing Team
- Support Recruitment Coordinators with interview feedback
- Gather and chase employment documents such as right to work, HMRC forms, and overseas criminal checks
Requirements:
- Experience working in a similar fast-paced role
- Experience using job boards
- Desirable: experience working with external agencies and prior experience in the Aviation Sector
