**Job Profile for BID Manager - SEL211466**

The BID manager will be responsible to the commercial director, liaising directly ensuring efficient

processes are adhered to. It will be a key responsibility to develop relationships with client commercial

and project management staff, generating new business leads and maintaining satisfactory client

relationships.

**BID ManagerPosition Overview**
- Corporate responsibilities will include inputting into the business plan
- Overseeing the bid submission process, profiling new enquiries, responding to expressions of interest and responding to prequalification's
- Lead in coordinating and submitting tenders to design
- Handling the post contract process ensuring efficient handover to delivery group and inputting data for variations in final accounts.
- Developing relationships with client commercial and project management staff

**BID ManagerPosition Requirements**
- 6 years' experience
- Working for a main contractor
- Experinance within FM and Datacentres

**BID ManagerPosition Remuneration**
- Up to £50,000 DOE
- 20-30% Bonus
- Full time Monday to Friday remote position
- 33 days holiday
- Private Healthcare
- Car allowance
- Pension
