About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Local Services Manager to lead our dementia support teams in the Essex & Hertfordshire area. As a key member of our Area Management Team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional information, advice, and guidance to people affected by dementia.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and inspire geographically dispersed teams to deliver high-quality dementia support services.
  • Work closely with Local Authorities and Health colleagues to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Develop and implement new thinking, new culture, and new ways of delivering services to maximize impact.
  • Build relationships with external stakeholders to promote our services and values.
  • Ensure the delivery of dementia support services that meet the needs of our clients and stakeholders.
About You

We are looking for a passionate and thoughtful individual with experience of developing, mentoring, and coaching others. You will have excellent interpersonal skills, a collaborative approach, and the ability to build high-performing teams. Experience of working in a dementia-related role is not essential, but an understanding of the health and care sector is beneficial.
