Support Worker Opportunity

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Support Worker to join our team in Bromsgrove, Worcestershire. As a Support Worker, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to individuals with diverse needs, including learning disabilities, Autism, and mental health needs.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide personal care and administer medication in a safe and respectful manner
  • Encourage service users to engage in a range of social activities, promoting their independence and well-being
  • Develop warm and trusting relationships with service users and their families, ensuring their needs are met and their voices are heard
