About the Role

We are seeking a motivated and compassionate Support Worker to join our team at Dimensions in Bromsgrove. As a Support Worker, you will play a vital role in supporting individuals with learning disabilities and autism to live their lives to the fullest.

About the Job

As a Support Worker, your main responsibilities will include:

  • Empowering independence: Supporting individuals to live their lives how they choose and achieve their goals.
  • Daily living support: Attending professional appointments, providing personal care, meal support, going shopping, cooking, cleaning, and laundry.
  • Providing care: Electric hoisting, repositioning, wheelchair assistance, and supporting with medication (including epilepsy medication).

Shift Patterns

We offer a range of shift patterns to suit your lifestyle, including day shifts and occasional cover for the waking night team. Rotas are provided in advance to support a healthy work-life balance.
