Sensory Awareness and Motor Skills Specialist

Are you passionate about supporting students with special needs? Protocol Education Ltd is looking for a highly skilled and dedicated Care Support Worker to join their team. In this role, you will work in schools serving students at primary, secondary, and post-16 levels, each with their own unique needs.
As a Care Support Worker, your key responsibilities will include:
- Enhancing sensory awareness and refining motor skills in students
- Providing individualised care according to care plans
- Teaching vocabulary and fostering speech and language development
- Facilitating creative lessons such as art, cooking, music, and dance
- Supporting social and cognitive growth in students
We offer a competitive salary of approximately £30,000 - £40,000 per year, based on experience. This full-time position comes with a secure one-year contract, with opportunities for extension. You will work Monday to Friday, from 8:30 AM to 4:00 PM.
In this role, you will collaborate with dedicated teachers and staff, providing one-to-one support to students with diverse needs. You may also choose to work in the school's residential centre for a more immersive experience.
