AD Finance are seeking a skilled Accounts Receivable Associate to join their team on a temporary basis. Located in Staffordshire, this role will involve managing the Sales Ledger and building strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders.

The ideal candidate will have 3 years of experience in a similar role, with proficiency in using NetSuite, Sage, or SAP. A multi-currency environment experience is also desirable.

This is a flexible working opportunity, requiring the successful candidate to be onsite for 3 days per week (Tuesday - Thursday). The estimated salary for this position is £35,000 - £45,000 per annum, depending on experience.

Daily tasks will include:

  • Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of customer accounts
  • Running regular reports to monitor sales ledger activity
  • Communicating effectively with customers to ensure timely payment of outstanding invoices
  • Working closely with the sales team to ensure seamless invoice issuance
