Job Summary:

The Warehouse Team Leader - Enhanced MHE is a key role within Gregory Distribution, responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the warehouse. This includes managing a team of operatives, ensuring efficient use of resources, and maintaining a safe and organized work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team of warehouse operatives in the receipt, storage, and dispatch of goods.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies.
  • Monitor and control inventory levels, identifying opportunities for improvement.
  • Develop and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and productivity.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and coordination.
  • Conduct regular team meetings and provide feedback to ensure high levels of motivation and engagement.
  • Manage and maintain accurate records of inventory, shipments, and other relevant data.

  • Proven experience in a warehouse or logistics environment.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
