Warehouse Team Leader

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Warehouse Team Leader to join our team at Gregory Distribution. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for leading a team of warehouse operatives and ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our warehouse.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team of warehouse operatives to achieve high levels of productivity and efficiency.
  • Ensure the accurate and timely receipt, storage, and dispatch of goods.
  • Monitor and control inventory levels to prevent stock discrepancies.
  • Implement and maintain effective warehouse processes and procedures.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and coordination.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in a warehouse management or leadership role.
  • Strong knowledge of warehouse operations and logistics.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Basic numeracy and literacy skills.
