Job Title: Senior Tax ManagerJob Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Tax Manager to join our team at LHH. As a Senior Tax Manager, you will be responsible for providing expert tax advice to our clients, leveraging your extensive knowledge of tax legislation to deliver tailored solutions.

About the Role:

As a Senior Tax Manager, you will play a key role in shaping the tax advisory function at LHH. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Management of P11ds: You will be responsible for the preparation and submission of P11ds for our clients, ensuring accuracy and compliance with tax regulations.
  • Personal Tax Returns: You will oversee the completion of personal tax returns for our clients, providing technical guidance to junior staff as needed.
  • Complex Tax Returns: You will be responsible for the completion of complex tax returns, utilizing your expertise in tax legislation to minimize tax liabilities.
  • Client Relationships: You will act as the primary contact for our clients, attending meetings and providing strategic business advisory services to support their growth and development.
  • Liaison with External Bodies: You will liaise with external bodies, such as HMRC, to resolve client queries and ensure compliance with tax regulations.
  • Team Leadership: You will lead, develop, and mentor a small team of tax professionals, promoting a client-centric and supportive environment.
Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will require:

  • Qualified ATT, ACA/ACCA, or CTA: You will hold a recognized tax qualification and have a proven track record of delivering high-quality tax advice.
  • Proven Experience: You will have extensive experience in managing a diverse client portfolio in an accounting practice.
  • Technical Expertise: You will possess in-depth knowledge of tax legislation and strong technical expertise in personal tax and capital allowances.
  • Leadership Experience: You will have strong leadership experience, with a track record of mentoring and developing teams.
What We Offer:

We offer a competitive salary package, including:

  • Salary: £50,000 to £60,000 (dependent on experience)
  • Profit Share Bonus: You will be eligible for a profit share bonus, tied to the company's performance.
  • Manager Bonus: You will also be eligible for a manager bonus, recognizing your contribution to the team's success.
  • Flexible Working Arrangements: You will have the option to finish at 2pm on Fridays, providing a better work-life balance.
