Senior Tax Manager Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Senior Tax Manager to join our team at Public Practice Recruitment Ltd. As a Senior Tax Manager, you will be responsible for managing a diverse portfolio of clients, delivering high-level tax advisory services, and leading a team of professionals.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage a portfolio of clients, providing tailored tax advice to businesses and individuals
  • Lead tax planning and compliance projects, ensuring accuracy and adherence to regulations
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships, offering proactive and strategic tax advice
  • Supervise and mentor junior tax team members, supporting their development and career growth
  • Collaborate with senior leadership to drive business development and identify new opportunities for the firm
Requirements:
  • Extensive experience in tax advisory and compliance, ideally within a practice environment
  • ACA/ACCA/CTA qualification or equivalent, with a strong technical understanding of tax
  • Proven ability to manage a diverse client portfolio and deliver high-quality service
  • Strong leadership skills with experience mentoring and guiding junior staff
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues
