Senior Finance Analyst

At Gleeson Recruitment Group, we are seeking a highly skilled Senior Finance Analyst to join our team. As a Senior Finance Analyst, you will play a critical role in providing financial support to the business, including analysis of financial data, preparation of financial reports, and development of financial models.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide financial analysis and support to the business, including analysis of business performance, identification of key drivers of business performance, and development of recommendations to improve business performance.
  • Develop and maintain financial models to support business decision making, including scenario analysis and sensitivity analysis.
  • Manage the budgeting and forecasting process, including the preparation of annual budgets and monthly forecasts.
  • Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and effectiveness of financial reporting and analysis.
Requirements:
  • ACCA/CIMA/ACA qualified or equivalent.
  • Significant experience in financial analysis and reporting, with a strong understanding of financial modelling and forecasting.
  • Excellent analytical skills, with the ability to analyse complex financial data and develop actionable recommendations.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate financial information to non-financial stakeholders.
  • Highly organised, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines.
  • A self-starter, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
