Compliance Specialist

In this key role, you will have the opportunity to join a respected global market leader based in Kent and be responsible for overseeing and managing compliance within the organisation.
You will develop and implement compliance programs, conduct audits, and ensure that the company adheres to regulatory requirements and internal policies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations affecting the business globally.
- Manage and respond to customer compliance enquiries and questionnaires.
- Actively participate in projects and tasks assigned to the Legal & Compliance team.
- Assist and support the Quality team with product compliance reviews.
- Create, review, and update relevant compliance policies and procedures.
- Conduct regular risk assessments and develop training programs for staff on compliance topics.
- Perform regular audits and monitoring of compliance activities.
- Investigate compliance violations or concerns.
- Continuously improve compliance programs.
The Ideal Candidate:
- Proven experience in compliance, risk management, or a related field.
- Strong understanding of relevant regulations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Package:
- A highly competitive salary ranging from £55,000 to £65,000 per annum, depending on experience.
- Discretionary bonus scheme.
- 25 days holiday + BH.
