Job Role: Validation and Compliance Lead

Job Description:

The Validation and Compliance Lead will be responsible for ensuring that our products meet regulatory requirements and industry standards. This includes providing input into validation activities and working with the quality assurance team to drive day-to-day operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide input into validation activities
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards
  • Work with the quality assurance team to drive day-to-day operations

Requirements:

  • BSc hons degree in chemistry, life sciences, food or materials science
  • Ability to understand scientifically Co's products, application, and performance
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Demonstrated ability to prepare and present technical information
  • Proven ability to lead technical discussions on quality aspects of the company's products
  • Previous experience of validation activities within a healthcare setting
  • Project planning and/or excellent time and resource management skills/prioritisation processes
  • Proven leadership and self-development skills required
