Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead development sprints on a periodic basis as determined by the project lead.
  • Work as part of a squad to undertake development tasks.
  • Provide expertise in Microsoft Windows Server, Active Directory, and Group Policy.
  • Implement Role & Functional based Security Delegation and Layers.
  • Manage DNS, WINS, and DHCP services.
  • Configure PKI Services and SMTP Proxy Servicing.
  • Implement Firewall management and controls.
  • Deploy DFS, HA, Clustering, and SOFS.
  • Manage RDS, VMWare, vCenter, ESXI, vMotion, HyperV, and VMM Terminal Services.
  • Implement MS Cloud incorporating Exchange, Storage, and Shares App services.
  • Deploy Citrix deployments incorporating PVS/MCS.
  • Implement APP-v incorporating Citrix StoreFront.
  • Develop Powershell Scripting, MBAM/BitLocker/VPN.
Desirable Skills and Knowledge:
  • Microsoft/Citrix/VMWare certification.
  • Wider understanding of client or midrange OSes, networking, and security.
  • HyperV, Azure, and Google Cloud.
  • HP BladeSystem, or similar blade Servers/blade chassis and InterconnecT technologies.
  • HP Cloud Service Automation, or similar self-service cloud management technology.
  • HP Server Automation, or similar system configuration/software deployment technology.
  • Symantec Datacentre Security, or similar security policy enforcement product.
  • A deep understanding of Virtualisation and Container technologies.

This role requires DV Clearance. As part of the onboarding process, candidates will be asked to complete a Baseline Personnel Security Standard. Details of this will be discussed with you at interview.
